Toyota builds city to test futuristic mobility

Toyota is developing Woven City near Mount Fuji 🗻 to test advanced robotics, AI, and autonomous zero-emission transportation. The project, led by Daisuke Toyoda, spans 47,000 square meters in its first phase and will expand to 294,000 square meters upon completion. 🏙️ Built on a former Toyota plant, Woven City fosters collaboration among researchers and startups. The city features underground passageways for autonomous vehicles 🚕 and plans to explore hydrogen energy solutions. 🔋 Initial residents will include Toyota employees and partners.
